23 is the total number of offers that came in on a property in San Leandro that a client of mine competed on this week. We fell into the group of 22 buyers who left empty handed, but as the infographic shows prices and demand on ALL homes in the area are still going up. Google is in talks to create a massive tech campus in the heart of downtown San Jose's Diridon Station area that could accommodate up to 20,000 jobs and transform the area into a transit-oriented tech village, city officials said Tuesday.
