Record Temps and Record Prices!

I hope you are doing well. Don't forget to take care of dear old dad this weekend. Also, June is National homeowners month. Let's toast homeowners everywhere.

Here is the market update in this month's infographic. Large homes are now more in line with the rest of the market since May but ALL homes have continued to go up in value.

Google is looking to create a tech village in San Jose with 20,000 potential jobs (yes, 20,000).  This will definitely impact housing and commutes. Let's discuss to see how this could impact you.

I hope you enjoy this newsletter as much as I like creating it.

BOUGHT A HOUSE IN 30 DAYS!
SOLD @ $1,600,000
2414 Coronet Blvd in Belmont
My clients and I looked at many many homes, they took all of my advice, we wrote a total of 3 offers and 30 days after starting the process they bought a house. Oh yeah, and they weren't even close to all cash :-).

BAY AREA MARKET RECAP AND FORECAST

23 is the total number of offers that came in on a property in San Leandro that a client of mine competed on this week. We fell into the group of 22 buyers who left empty handed, but as the infographic shows prices and demand on ALL homes in the area are still going up. This current market definitely favors sellers, but nobody knows for how long it will stay this way. Let me know if you need any advice on how to navigate the market or create a plan for the future.
