Selling before buying can be really tricky in a market like this, but you do have options. Let me help by first
filling out this form so I can get started on pricing your current home, and then we can discuss options to prevent a double move, or worse, not being able to buy the replacement!

FORECAST: The general sentiment at this time is that real estate will continue to go up in value since there aren’t any signs of a downturn in either employment or the national economy. It is a GREAT TIME to sell as the buyers are out there with fewer and fewer options. As a buyer I would be concerned about being priced out of the markets. If you are thinking about making a move call me so we can discuss your specific situation.

RECAP: Santa Clara County
August sales made up for July’s lack of sales and as the chart shows, demand is still staying high. The prediction is that this trend will continue through the end of the year.

RECAP: San Mateo County
San Mateo County is vacillating between an upward trending market and a downward one. I still predict that it will respond similarly to the South Bay throughout the rest of the year. CALL ME IF YOU NEED ANY SPECIFIC INFORMATION.
