FORECAST: The general sentiment at this time is that real estate will continue to go up in value since there aren’t any signs of a downturn in either employment or the national economy. FORECAST: After the general slowdown was felt July came across as an absolute halt in sales. As we’re nearing the end of August I’m noticing people come back to the markets looking at properties, so I suspect sales will begin to pick back up.
