Selling before buying can be really tricky in a market like this, but you do have options. Let me help by first
filling out this form so I can get started on pricing your current home, and then we can discuss options to prevent a double move, or worse, not being able to buy the replacement!

FORECAST: More homes are coming on the market resulting in a fewer total number of offers per property. There is no indication of the market slowing down, so buyers might be able to take advantage of this opportunity to purchase over the next couple of months. Sellers still have the upper hand, although prepping the home and pricing will become more critical since buyers have more choices. As a buyer I would be concerned about being priced out of these markets if you don’t get into something soon. If you are thinking about making a move call me so we can discuss your specific situation.

RECAP: Santa Clara County
Demand for housing in Santa Clara County is very very strong. Buying opportunities will remain limited until more people bring their home to the market.

RECAP: San Mateo County
San Mateo County inventory doubled in January compared to December. I think the trend for the coming months will be consistent with the previous 6 months. CALL ME IF YOU NEED ANY SPECIFIC INFORMATION.
