The chart below shows that cities east of highway 880 are still experiencing a very high demand for housing.

For Comparison: For the 5th month in a row new listings outpaced sales for properties located WEST of 880. The pace is reversing, so next month will be a very important indicator. Again, the change could possibly be seasonal, so we will need to wait a few more months to know for sure. It could also be the start of a leveling off period. CALL ME IF YOU FIND THIS CONCERNING.
